1. Program and Brand Name
The SMS messaging program is operated by Santa Bay Construction.

If you separately opt in to marketing SMS messages, you may also receive promotional messages, special offers, or marketing updates from Santa Bay Construction.
3. Consent Is Not Required as a Condition of Purchase
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or service. You may request a quote, consultation, appointment, or service without agreeing to receive SMS messages.
